Proxima+ uses the latest state of the art technology. Being a true n-tier platform, the underlying engine is based on Oracle 10g and fast scaling architecture. The application layer is boosted by the JBoss application server, which uses the most advanced caching technology. The user interface is purely WEB (with Swing clients) so it can run anywhere, from within or outside, the organization perimeter. Furthermore, the full use of Java technology and the Java framework, allows full portability across any client and server platforms.
The platform is fully object oriented including: all User Interface elements, the user messages, formats and preferences. The database supports any character set, which means that localization to any language is a straightforward task.
