Job Description:
The successful candidates will join teams of highly qualified professionals involved in the design and implementation of enterprise scale Java solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- University Degree in Software Engineering or other relevant discipline,
- Excellent knowledge of Java and HTML technologies,
- Working experience with RDBMS (Oracle) and fluency in SQL,
- Hands on experience with JavaScript and Ajax techniques,
- Ability to develop applications using Eclipse IDE,
- Working experience of minimum 3 years with Java programming,
- Fluency in English (written and oral).
Desirable Qualifications:
- OOA/OOD knowledge with life cycle development experience with J2EE technology,
- Experience with J2EE architecture framework design and full life cycle large scale N-tier software development from conceptual design to implementation,
- Understanding on general persistence technologies including ORM technologies,
- Hands on experience with servlet containers (Apache Tomcat) and application servers (JBoss, Websphere, Oracle Application Server).

Job Description:
The successful candidates will take ownership of specific initiatives within the BD Group which could span its range of activities with respect to Neurosoft's Core Factoring, Sports-betting and Business Intelligence products/services. Additionally, the candidates will assess acquisition and joint venture opportunities.
Qualifications:
- MBA (from a top-tier school a plus),
- At least 5 years of relevant experience,
- Knowledge of the software business a plus,
- Knowledge of financial institutions (factoring a big plus) or management consulting experience a plus,
- International work experience,
- Track record in developing and delivering presentations,
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills,
- Excellent use of English (written/oral).
